Portrait Session Additions: The cost for the following session additions are:
Additional photos: $3/photo
Additional location: $20
Additional outfit change: $10
Additional time: $50/half hour
Additional person: $20 (individual, couples, and senior)
Booking: At the time of agreement and reservation, a fee of $50 is due ($25 for headshots). This fee solidifies the client's date and time on my calendar in which no other appointment will be scheduled. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of session.
Lateness: Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early for a session. If client is between 10-20 minutes late, there will be a $25 late fee. If the client is 20 minutes late or more, the session will be cancelled and booking fee will be forfeited.
Reschedule: Life happens and things come up. With that said, if a client needs to reschedule their session for whatever reason, they must do so a minimum of 72 hours prior to the session. If the client does so within 72 hours, a fee of $35 will be charged.
Rescheduling prior to session date should be done via email or text message. If a client is rescheduling the day of the session, please text or call to ensure the photographer is made aware in a timely manner.
Fees are not applicable if session is cancelled due to weather or the photographer rescheduling.
Travel: Sessions that take place outside of the Western NY area are subject to a travel fees.
Method of Payment: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Personal Check are accepted.
